The Design Guidelines were written for builders and developers in Auranga, and they continue to apply once your home is finished.
Any change to the outside of your property, including landscaping, needs consent from the Design Review Committee before work starts.
How to get approval
- Check your plans against the Design Guidelines.
- Email your request, with plans or photos, to [email protected] It will be passed to the Design Review Committee.
- Wait for written consent before starting work.
