Levies

Each member contributes an annual levy towards the running costs of the Residents’ Association and the maintenance of communal facilities. Levies are issued following the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and members are notified of the levy amount and payment details each year.

New Dwelling Levy

When you buy a property that is being sold for the first time, you pay a New Dwelling Levy to the Association immediately on settlement. This covers your membership from settlement until the next financial year, plus any onboarding and administration costs of joining the Association.

Special Levy

From time to time, because Auranga is still being developed, the Association may issue a Special Levy:

  • when the Association decides there is a community-related expense that needs to be covered, or
  • when a cost is incurred because a member has breached the Constitution.

How to pay

Please contact Property 101 ([email protected]) for information regarding payments.

More detail on levies is in sections 15 and 16 of the Constitution.

1Unpaid levies will be subject to the ARA / Property101 Debt Collection Process
