Auranga is governed by the Auranga Residents’ Association (ARA). ARA protects the financial and lifestyle interests of owners by maintaining shared infrastructure, managing the Common Facilities, and preserving the value and integrity of Auranga.
As an owner in Auranga, you are automatically a member of the Association. Each member pays an annual levy, which covers the cost of running the Association and maintaining the shared facilities.
What ARA does
- Reviews exterior changes against the Design Guidelines
- Sets and collects levies, and manages the Association’s finances
- Keeps members informed and holds an Annual General Meeting
- Upholds the Constitution and Bylaws that every owner agrees to
How it’s run
The Association is run by an elected committee of residents, supported by a Community Manager. The Constitution and Bylaws set out how the Association is set up and how it operates.
